Booking Fee:

• The booking fee is non-refundable and covers the time and resources allocated to your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, this fee will not be refunded.
• If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 72 working hours’ notice. Failure to do so, no-shows, or any other reason for missing the appointment means the full balance will still be due.
• If you give less than 72 working hours’ notice, you lose your booking fee and must pay the full balance for a new appointment.
• You may rearrange your appointment once using the same booking fee. After that, a £50 admin fee will apply for each new booking.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and treated as a no-show.

Colour Boost Appointment:

• The non-refundable booking fee for a Colour Boost is the full balance. Payment can be made in 2 instalments:
  1. £100 to hold your date (due by the end of the day)
  2. Remaining non-refundable booking fee, due no later than 1 month before your appointment.
• No additional payment is due on the day of the appointment.

Top-Up (Touch-Up) Appointment:

• The first touch-up within 6-8 weeks is free. If you need to reschedule, it will no longer be free.
• If the touch-up is within:
  • 6 months: £150
  • 12 months: £200
  • 18 months: £250

Late Arrivals:

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and counted as a no-show.
